iOS 4.3 Contains Evidence of an A5 Chip for the iPhone 5

Within hours of iOS 4.3 being released, developers that were disecting all of the coding in the firmware found evidence that suggests an A5 dual-core processor will be used in the iPhone 5. The same processor used in the new iPad 2 that came out today. This would bring INCREDIBLE processing power to an incredibly portable, powerful device. While there are rumors that can be confirmed about the aesthetics of the iPhone 5, there is hard evidence of the potential use of an A5 processor in the iPhone 5, as seen in the photo below.

iOS developer, Filippo Bigarella, tweeted the screenshot above of his findings, accompanied by the caption, “Here’s the proof, iPhone 5 will run on the S5L8940 (A5 dual core processor) too!”
