Watch out Apple, Google Wants to Compete..again

Hot off the release of the new Apple TV, Google has partnered with Logitech for a Google TV box. The official product details are set to be revealed at an invitation-only press conference in San Francisco. The Google TV will run on a 1.2-GHz Atom processor with 4 GB memory, 802.11n Wi-Fi(fast), two HDMI-out ports, Dolby 5.1 surround sound and a pair of USB ports. It will also offer video-chat at 720p if you connect a webcam. All of this will be based on the Android operating system.
